Andrew Gallagher's proposal for improving the quality of images on a big display has been selected for funding by the SAMSUNG Global Research Outreach (GRO) program. Andrew is a research scientist at Cornell ECE. His proposal, Big Screen Smart De-noising with Object Sensitive Noise Estimation is the only 2013 Cornell winner for this competitive program. The project will run through 2014.
