Optoelectronics and Nanophotonic Devices

In optoelectronics, we study devices that perform electrical-to-optical, or optical-to-electrical conversion, for example, laser diodes. In nanophotonics, we explore optoelectronics at the nanoscale, based on recent advances in nanoengineering.
