Nanoelectronic Devices

in this section

Active research areas include electronic devices for information processing, memory, sensing, power, lighting, and energy harvesting, based on CMOS silicon, GaN, SiC, complex oxide, large-area flexible substrate, and1D and 2D materials.  This research area is highly integrated into the Cornell Nanofabrication Facilities and Cornell Center for Materials Research for processing and characterization.
