What should I do if I need to use a room to hold TA Office Hours in?

If you are a TA and you will need a room to hold your Office Hours in for the course you are working with, contact Scott Coldren, the Manager of Student Services in 223 Phillips Hall by phone at 255-4304 or by email.

Where is my mailbox located?

If your office is located in Phillips Hall, your mailbox is located in 107 Phillips. If your office is located in either Rhodes Hall or Upson Hall, your mailbox is located in 387 Rhodes. If you do not have a mailbox in the correct location or if you change offices, contact Scott Coldren, the Manager of Student Services in 223 Phillips Hall by phone at 255-4304 or by email.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my GRA or TA paycheck?

For questions regarding payroll if you have been appointed as either a Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) or a Teaching Assistant (TA), please contact Susan Ferrara in 230 Phillips Hall, or by phone at 255-5084 or by email.

How do I request a Key for or Card Access to an office or lab in ECE?

Complete the Door Access Request Form and an ECE Administrative Staff Member will take care of your request within roughly 24-48 hours.

What should I do if I change my office location?

If you change the location of your office, you must contact Scott Coldren, the ECE Manager of Student Services, by phone at 255-4304 or by email to make him aware of the change.
